I recommend the "Make chocolate in our virtual factory" game.The biggest chocolate company in the USA is Hershey's.  Take a look at some of the recipes.Oxfam has a site called Chokky Central that tells us about how chocolate and chocolate biscuits ("chokky bikkies") are made, introduces fair trade, and has interesting quizzes.]]></description>
